The “Morning Pages” Experiment…
This is a practice recommended by Julia Cameron in her book, "The Artist's Way"

The practice is every morning you handwrite 3 pages.
About what?
Anything!
Just get that pen moving for 3 pages.
It takes me about 20 minutes.
I got this "New Experiment Every Week" idea from the first day of Morning Pages...July 12, 2021.
Most of the time what I write doesn't make much sense but every once in awhile, I get a good idea.
