Support someone…
According to a Harvard study cited in this video, people on a diet who received support...I assume from friends, relatives etc. lost an average of 225% more weight than those not receiving support.
IT DIDN'T MATTER WHAT DIET THEY WERE ON!
I have NO DOUBT people working toward any goal do much better with support.
So the question for the day is: "Who can you offer to support in their goals?"
