A new experiment every week…

I had a crazy idea last week.
.

It's Summer time...a time when I like to do fun and or interesting projects or experiments...for example in the Summer of 2019 I got rejected 1000 times.

.

Inspired by "The 10,000 Experiment Rule",  I  decided I was going to step up my "experimenting game" by starting a new experiment every week!

.

These experiments will be in the areas of health and wealth and self-improvement and sales prospecting and growing a business and whatever else interests me at the moment.

.

Last night I saw an ad on FB about the "30 Day Flexibility Home Stretching Challenge".   That's an example of an experiment I would do, so I added it to the list.

.

This isn't limited to Summer 2021, it's going to be part of my lifestyle moving forward.

.

Why Should You Care?

.

You definitely shouldn't care. 

.

You've got your own life to worry about.

.

I'm doing this for 100% selfish reasons.

.

I discovered during my Summer of 1000 NOs that being public about goals and projects kept me accountable. 

.

It also encouraged people to get out of their comfort zones and try new things themselves.

.

I know my life will improve if I stick to things and I'm more likely to stick to things if I have an audience.

.

"He who experiments the most, wins" - Me?  (Did I just make that up?)

.

If you could use some ideas about improving your life in any area, then follow along.

If you've got it all together, you can leave now.  You've got better things to do.

Still here?  Great!

These experiments will vary in length...7 days, 30 days, 100 days?  It will all depend on the experiment.

.

I've got a sweet tooth, so committing to 100 days without sugar is not realistic without a very powerful reason, so 7-14 days would be the perfect length for an experiment like that.

.

I'm not starting from scratch...I have some experiments I started in June or July...

.

HEALTH EXPERIMENTS

1. Intermittent Fasting - I've done this off and on for years but recently stumbled on a book entitled, Fast Feast Repeat by a gal named Gin Stephens.

Another health experiment I've been doing is a little weird.

I think I first read about it on TikTok...yes a boy of my advanced age learns from TT videos.

One of my experiments will be building a following there.

As soon as the bathing suits I've ordered have arrived, look out!
