If you've followed me for any length of time you know I have an offline "loyalty club" business.

I had a very nice conversation yesterday with a reader who'd been on my list since early 2010...had heard about this loyalty club stuff but never looked too closely at it.

I took the time to explain it to her and she was very excited about getting started.
